1. Digital Products Only

bokkeh is a digital platform that provides online services. We do not sell or ship any physical products. All purchases on bokkeh are for digital services, including:

  • Business Plan subscription - delivered instantly as platform access
  • Photography booking payments - digital transactions between clients and studios
  • KYB verification documents (SSM, IC, bank statement) - uploaded digitally through the platform; no physical documents are required to be mailed
  • CHIP Send payouts - digital bank disbursements processed where platform-managed disbursements are enabled

2. Service Delivery

  • Subscription features are activated immediately upon successful payment.
  • You can access your upgraded features by logging into your bokkeh account.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address after purchase.

3. No Physical Shipping

Since all our products are digital services, there are no shipping costs, delivery times, or physical logistics involved. You will not receive any physical package or shipment.

4. Studio Services

Photography services booked through bokkeh are fulfilled directly by the respective studio. Any physical deliverables (prints, albums, etc.) are managed independently by the studio and are subject to the studio's own delivery terms.
