Dashboard Overview
The Dashboard is the control center of your studio. It provides a quick glance at your business performance, recent activities, and pending actions so you always know where you stand.
Onboarding Prompts
When you first log in or whenever a crucial setup step is missing, the dashboard will display helpful prompts at the top of the screen. For example, it will remind you to Add a Service if your portfolio is empty, or Set up Payments if you haven't uploaded your QR code for clients to pay you yet. These prompts ensure your studio is fully operational before you start accepting bookings.
Key Metrics (Stat Cards)
Right below the welcome message, you'll find four primary stat cards. These give you a real-time snapshot of your studio's health:
Recent Activity
The recent activity stream acts as an audit log of what's happening in your studio. It displays up to 5 of the most recent booking interactions.
- You will see the Client's Name and the Service they booked.
- The current Status of the booking (e.g., Pending, Confirmed, Cancelled, or Completed) is clearly tagged.
- A timestamp lets you know exactly when the interaction or change occurred (e.g., "5m ago" or "2h ago").
Analytics Chart
At the bottom of the dashboard, there is a 30-day analytics chart. This visually plots your booking volume and revenue trends over the past month. Use this to identify your busiest periods and track long-term business growth.
